Evolving an identity to reflect depth, clarity, and the journey of transformation.

Beyond Performance Leadership is a coaching practice that supports organizations in cultivating a more human, aligned, and sustainable form of leadership. When the founder approached us, she already had a logo but her visual identity and online presence no longer reflected the maturity and clarity of her work.

Instead of starting from scratch, we chose to refine and evolve the existing logo, preserving its original spirit while strengthening its graphic presence. The curved lines of the symbol were carefully redrawn, they now speak more clearly as a visual metaphor for the path each client takes: sometimes parallel, sometimes winding, always personal.
