My Growth Partner is a coaching approach built around a clear idea: growth happens when trust, professionalism, and human connection come together. A34 was asked to help give this identity a visual form: one that respects individuality, while offering structure, clarity, and visual cohesion.

Instead of creating a single, dominant brand, we developed a visual framework: a clean, adaptable identity that can hold the diversity of the people and practices behind it.
