A clinical identity for a respiratory digital health company
Synvero Health Inc. is a U.S. digital health company with offices in North Carolina’s Research Triangle. Its app, Kata®, supports patients with asthma and COPD in taking their inhalers. Synvero speaks to three audiences with different expectations: investors, prescribing physicians, and decision-makers at healthcare payers.
When Synvero came to us, it had no stable identity: a provisional logo, a generic presentation template, two competing taglines, and website content spread across several files. Our task was to build one brand system that institutional audiences find credible.
We based each decision on a criterion that can be checked. The three logo directions shared one wordmark and were compared against business goals: credibility with investors, a clinical reading for physicians, an open form for a respiratory product, legibility at small sizes. For the website, we ruled out a single page: one page per topic lets the team send a link written for them, and gives each topic its own URL in search.
The PowerPoint template uses the fonts already installed on the team’s computers.
